When live reviews are available, a review request collects your selected business, email, service area and service preference. We use these details to prepare and save the review and follow up about your request. The current sample review does not collect an email address.

Business search uses Google Maps results supplied by Google Places or DataForSEO. When DataForSEO supplies a search, it receives the business name, city and country you enter. Ranking measurements use DataForSEO. Selected search measurements are sent to OpenAI to prepare an AI-assisted explanation. Your email is not included in that analysis request.

When email delivery is enabled, Resend processes your email address and review messages to send request confirmations and review updates. These messages do not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks requests for abuse. Our controls use a keyed identifier derived from your IP address and record request counts and spending reservations. Our hosting and service providers may process technical connection information.

Report data and report-derived email text are deleted after 28 days. Lead contact details are kept for 90 days. We keep delivery suppression records to avoid sending to addresses that bounce or report spam. Spending records without contact details are kept for 180 days.

Saved report links are accessible to anyone who has the link. Report pages exclude your lead email and are marked not to be indexed by search engines; this does not make a shared link private. Contact details are kept in a restricted lead list.

Booking is handled by Google Calendar. Booking details and meeting links are processed under Google’s policies. See the Google Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
